SHIPPING CHARGES & TIME

Pre-paid orders are shipped free of cost, all other modes of payment will have a shipping cost calculated at the time of check out

We tentatively take a 2 – 4 weeks for delivery of orders, once order is confirmed. All through the manufacture and dispatch period, we are available to share the progress on WhatsApp.

ORDER CONFIRMATION, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Given the hand made and embellished nature of our products, many products (both garments and jewellery) will be made once order is received.

Pre-paid orders will be started on the next working day. Cash on delivery orders will be re-confirmed by a WhatsApp message initiated by us and then the manufacturing will start.

Any order cancellations or exchange requests that need to be made by a customer, must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and will be refunded as soon as possible.

ALTERATIONS:

We will help with free alterations as most garments and jewellery products are alterable. To and From transport or courier charges for sending the outfit for alterations will be borne by the customer.

SIZING
Our standard size chart with body measurements is displayed with each product.
We make sure of adding margins wherever possible for alternations if needed. Please refer to our size chart and match your body measurements to select the correct size for yourself.

COLORS
Our products are shot with the right lighting conditions and responsibility to display the accurate colors of the outfits and garments and true tones of embellishments. But, due to variation in different screens, the color visibility may not always be the same.

WASH CARE , JEWELLERY CARE AND MAINTENANCE

For the garments …

Since all our outfits are made of fine textiles and delicate embroidery materials such as silk threads, beads, sequins, etc, we strictly prohibit washing them. We strongly recommend dry-cleaning as the only option for cleaning of our garments. We do not take responsibility if a product is damaged due to washing or putting it in water.

For the jewellery……

Please handle these beautifully handcrafted pieces with care.

. After removing, please wipe your jewellery with soft cloth .

. Showering & swimming with lulu jewellery is not advised .

. Please put your jewellery on last after cosmetics , perfume , hairspray & other chemical substances that can be corrosive .

. Please store jewellery pieces separately, in a box or pouch , to avoid scratching.

. Long necklaces that are wire linked are best stored hanging from a hook to keep from tangling
